Analysis and Filtration of Turbine Oil for Maximum Purity

A valued customer of Filtex operates multiple turbines for pressurizing process gas. These turbines are lubricated with high-quality oil due to the sensitive nature of the downstream equipment. Maintaining an exceptionally pure oil quality is therefore crucial.

To meet these requirements, Filtex has introduced the CML2 analysis instrument combined with a mobile filtration unit that can be connected to the oil reservoir. This enables the customer to quickly and accurately monitor the oil quality and, if necessary, adjust it through finer filtration.

Filtex offers these solutions in the form of rental or sale of complete units, including the measuring instrument, filtration system with pump, and necessary hoses and connectors. This integrated approach ensures efficient and effective control over the oil quality, resulting in optimal performance of the turbines and subsequent processes.
