GENERAL TERMS OF SALES
- Unless otherwise agreed, our prices are to be understood as EX WAREHOUSE, exclusive of VAT. The goods are shipped at the expense and responsibility of the buyer. In the event of loss or damage, the buyer must file a complaint directly with the transport company.
- Our offers for goods from stock are made without obligation and are only valid up to the amount of goods in stock on the date of order.
- To be valid, any complaints must be sent to us in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods. If no written complaint is sent to us within this time, the delivery will be accepted as final.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing and expressly accepted by us, all our invoices are payable within 30 days. Overdue invoices result in, by operation of law and without any prior notice of default, an increase in the invoice amount by 10% and with a minimum of € 40.00 and in addition an interest of 1% per month.
- In the event of a dispute, only the Courts of Ghent and possibly the Justice of the Peace of the third canton have jurisdiction.
- The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier (or seller) until full payment has been made of the principal amount due, plus any costs and interest. However, delivery takes place at the risk of the buyer, who must insure himself against possible damage. The buyer will notify the supplier (or seller) if the goods are placed in a space rented by the buyer. If necessary, he will disclose the identity and place of residence of the lessor, so that the supplier can inform him of his retention of title.
- These general terms and conditions of sale take precedence over all others.
